Van Belle Flowers requires 3 weeks notice for most wedding bouquet orders. Some flower varieties may not be in season for your requested date. We will do everything we can to accommodate a similar visual design as shown, but in some instances, the flowers may vary. If there is a particular flower that you must have, please indicate that in the special instructions portion of the order AND follow up with a phone call to discuss flower options with our wedding designers. In the case that you must have the flowers exactly as shown, we suggest you call in your flower order to us at 1-800-263-8008. Wedding orders are non-refundable and any changes to a final order must be made via a phone call to our floral department and need the approval of a Van Belle Floral manager.
